First, determine the type of driver's license required. Different types of driver's licenses are required depending on the type of tractor. Large and medium-sized tractors require a G driver's license, small steering wheel tractors require an H driver's license, and walk-behind tractors require a K driver's license.
Secondly, the application conditions include: the applicant is over 18 years old and under 70 years old; height is not less than 150 cm; vision reaches 4.9 or above on the logarithmic vision chart; no red and green color blindness; normal hearing; both thumbs are healthy, and each hand must have 3 healthy fingers; lower limb motor function is normal; trunk and neck have no motor dysfunction.
Exam content: The exam includes subject 1 (road traffic safety, agricultural machinery safety laws and regulations, mechanical common sense, operating procedures and other related knowledge exams), subject 2 (field driving skills exams), subject 3 (attachment and field operation skills exams) and subject 4 (road driving skills exams).
Getting a driver's license: After passing the exam, the agricultural machinery supervision agency will issue the corresponding driver's license. The driver's license is valid for 6 years and needs to be renewed after expiration.
